# Jefferies Sticks to Their Hold Rating for Arena REIT (ARF)

In a report released on August 21, Andrew Dodds from Jefferies maintained a Hold rating on Arena REIT, with a price target of A$2.65. The company’s shares closed last Friday at A$2.49.

According to TipRanks, Dodds is an analyst with an average return of -8.6% and a 26.09% success rate. Dodds covers the Real Estate sector, focusing on stocks such as Charter Hall Group, Arena REIT, and Vicinity Centres.

In addition to Jefferies, Arena REIT also received a Hold from UBS’s Cody Shield in a report issued on August 21. However, on August 10, Jarden maintained a Buy rating on Arena REIT (ASX: ARF).
