According to documents submitted to the exchange on Monday, as cited by Bloomberg, **the company will issue 280 million shares, with the offer price set between HK$47.6 and HK$49.5 per share. Shein will officially list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 1.** The anchor investor lineup for this IPO includes Boyu Capital, Tiger Global, General Atlantic, TENCENT, and UBS Asset Management Singapore. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan Chase are serving as joint sponsors for the IPO. Shein built a vast business empire through its direct-to-supplier, low-price fast-fashion model. However, as deteriorating operating conditions dragged down performance, the company's valuation has shrunk significantly from its peak.
