# MECH-MIND ROBOT  Starts IPO Today; Entry Fee HKD3,082; 9 Cornerstone Investors Incl. BYD

AI+3D vision-guided general intelligent robotics component supplier MECH-MIND ROBOT (09615.HK) announced details of its Hong Kong IPO. The company plans to offer nearly 23.1406 million H shares globally, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for about 5% and the international placing accounting for about 95%. The offer price ranges from HKD95.3 to HKD101.7 per share.

Each board lot consists of 30 shares, with an entry fee of approximately HKD3,081.76. The subscription period starts today (August 24) and will close this Thursday (August 27). Listing is expected on September 1.

The IPO introduced nine cornerstone investors, including Baillie Gifford, Invus, Jane Street Capital, Ghisallo, Ruihua, NGS Super Fund, E Fund, and Golden Link, a subsidiary of BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) -2.350 (-2.523%) Short selling $408.89M; Ratio 30.665% , which together subscribed for shares worth an equivalent of USD186 million. Based on the median offer price of HKD98.5, cornerstone investors subscribed for 14.8175 million shares, representing about 64% of the offer shares.
