# Bitcoin mining hosting service provider Bitari has submitted an IPO application for the US stock market, planning to transform into a comprehensive digital asset consulting platform

According to Zhitong Finance APP, Bitari, a company providing hosting and other services for Bitcoin mining operations, submitted an IPO application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday, planning to raise up to $30 million.

The company plans to issue 4.3 million shares at a price of $7 per share, raising $30 million. Based on the proposed offering price, Bitari's market capitalization will reach $302 million.

Bitari is a digital infrastructure company focused on providing secure and efficient hosting, operations, and other services for Bitcoin mining businesses. Its hosting services cover the entire lifecycle of Bitcoin mining operations. The company operates two fully operational mines in Texas and has a contracted mine in Indiana, while also planning to expand its operations in North America. Additionally, the company intends to seek opportunities to transform from a traditional hosting service provider into a comprehensive consulting platform focused on digital assets.

Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Wheeler, Texas, the company achieved revenue of $11 million in the 12 months ending April 30, 2026. The company plans to list on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "BIAI." Bitari previously filed a confidential submission on November 7, 2025.
