This statement covers 5,315,390 shares of BKV common stock owned by Banpu Power US Corporation (BPPUS), a fully owned subsidiary of Banpu Public Company Limited. Banpu is the top parent company of BKV and its primary stockholder, Banpu North America Corporation.
