# HSBC Launches Renminbi Bond Prospectus Under Debt Issuance Programme

HSBC Holdings ( (GB:HSBA) ) has shared an update.

HSBC Holdings plc has published a drawdown prospectus for the issuance of CNY2.5bn 1.950% fixed‑rate notes due 2030 and CNY1.5bn 2.300% fixed‑rate notes due 2034 under its existing Debt Issuance Programme. The prospectus, approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority, is available via HSBC’s investor website and the FCA’s National Storage Mechanism.

The new renminbi‑denominated notes highlight HSBC’s continued use of capital markets to diversify its funding base and tap investor demand for high‑grade fixed income in Chinese currency.
