# LUXSHARE ICT  Plans to Issue Up to RMB25B Corporate Bonds

LUXSHARE ICT (02475.HK) -1.650 (-2.804%) Short selling $17.82M; Ratio 15.993% announced that the company plans to register for the issuance of bonds totaling no more than RMB25 billion, including corporate bonds and non-financial corporate debt financing instruments in the interbank market. Based on actual operating conditions, the company will determine the type, size and tenor of each tranche, and will issue the bonds in installments at appropriate times within the validity period of the registration quota, with maturities of no more than 10 years.

The issuance targets investors in the national interbank bond market or exchange market. The proceeds will mainly be used for project construction, replenishment of working capital, repayment of interest-bearing liabilities and other purposes in compliance with laws, regulations and regulatory requirements, and will be used in accordance with the issuance documents.
