# Energys Group Bolsters U.K. Decarbonisation Platform With Cube Lighting and Cube Solar Acquisitions

Energys Group Limited ( (ENGS) ) has issued an update.

On August 24, 2026, Energys Group Limited announced that its wholly owned U.K. subsidiary had acquired two key delivery and fulfilment partners, Cube Lighting and Design Limited and Cube Solar Installations Limited, with the deal effective August 20, 2026. The transaction integrates specialist capabilities in LED lighting and solar PV, enabling Energys Group to broaden its service offering and deepen its role in energy reduction and renewables projects across the U.K.

Management said the acquisitions will strengthen delivery capabilities, improve margins and position the group more competitively in the growing market for decarbonisation solutions. By bringing Cube Lighting and Cube Solar into the Energys platform, the company expects to create new opportunities to share expertise, enhance value for customers and support organisations’ sustainability objectives, with implications for stakeholders across commercial, public sector and education markets.
