# CATL Gets Removal of Proposed Acceptance Notice for Environmental Impact Report of Jianxiawo Lithium Mine Project

The Ecology and Environment Bureau of Yichun City, Jiangxi Province announced that it withdrew the proposed acceptance notice published on August 17 regarding the environmental impact report of the Jianxiawo lithium mine project under CATL (03750.HK) +7.500 (+1.208%) Short selling $314.27M; Ratio 26.991% .

During the public consultation period for the environmental impact report, members of the public raised questions over the website used by the project developer for earlier disclosures. 

The authorities decided to withdraw the proposed acceptance notice and will issue another public notice after subsequent approval procedures meet the required standards.
