# CATL's Subsidiary Partners Kunming SASAC on Strategic Co-op to Jointly Build 100 Choco-Swap Battery Swap Stations

CATL (03750.HK) -3.000 (-0.483%) Short selling $204.18M; Ratio 40.498% 's battery swap brand Choco-Swap announced that Era Electric Service and Kunming Development New Energy, a unit under the Kunming State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), signed a strategic cooperation agreement on battery swapping.

The two parties plan to jointly build 100 Choco-Swap battery swap stations and conduct in-depth discussions on cooperation across the entire industry chain, while jointly exploring a new model of new energy infrastructure development combining "state-owned capital holding + Choco-Swap operations".
