description: "LifeSci Capital analyst Charles Zhu maintained a Buy rating on Revolution Medicines (RVMD), raising the price target to $315 from $291. This revision is driven by the FDA approval of RASONQUE for metastatic PDAC, which establishes the company as commercial-stage, and a favorable net pricing outlook based on a $39,800 monthly WAC price. Zhu anticipates significant upside from upcoming Phase 3 readouts in PDAC, NSCLC, and CRC, alongside real-world usage trends positioning daraxonrasib near first-line use. Truist Financial also reiterated a Buy rating with a $231 target."

# Revolution Medicines Earns Buy as RASONQUE FDA Approval and Strong Pricing Outlook Drive Price Target Increase to $315

LifeSci Capital analyst Charles Zhu maintained a Buy rating on Revolution Medicines today and set a price target of $315.00.

Charles Zhu has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, starting with the FDA’s approval of RASONQUE (daraxonrasib) for chemotherapy-pretreated or ineligible metastatic PDAC patients, which turns Revolution Medicines into a bona fide commercial-stage company. He highlights that the approved monthly WAC price of $39,800, coupled with an expected 20–30% gross-to-net discount, still comes in above prior assumptions and supports a higher net pricing outlook, leading him to revise his price target up to $315 per share from $291.

At the same time, Zhu sees meaningful upside beyond the initial PDAC launch, with multiple Phase 3 readouts anticipated over the next few years in PDAC, NSCLC, and potentially CRC, plus emerging data from programs like RMC-5127 and RM-055 that could expand the addressable RAS-mutant market. He also notes that, despite the lack of a formal frontline label, real-world practice is likely to position daraxonrasib close to first-line use, preserving much of the commercial opportunity and reinforcing his view that RVMD’s risk–reward profile supports a Buy recommendation.

In another report released on August 11, Truist Financial also reiterated a Buy rating on the stock with a $231.00 price target.
