Shares of **Gap Inc** (NYSE:GAP) rose sharply as the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter earnings and raised their FY26 EPS guidance above estimates. Revenue came in at $3.65 billion, versus estimates of $3.69 billion. Adjusted EPS came in at 52 cents, versus estimates of 48 cents. Gap raised its full-year adjusted earnings guidance from a range of $2.30 to $2.40 per share to a new range of $2.35 to $2.45 per share versus estimates of $2.34 per share. Gap shares jumped 15.2% to $23.98 on Friday.
