  • Marvell (MRVL) plummeted after its fiscal year 2028 data center revenue guidance of $18 billion failed to impress shareholders. The guidance was raised from $16.5 billion.
  • Take-Two Interactive (TTWO) closed in the green after sharing a preview of its GTA 6 video game on Netflix (NFLX). The game's preorders are estimated at around $260 million.
  • PayPal (PYPL) faced pressure following reports that Stripe and private-equity firm Advent had dropped their bid to acquire the payment processor for $53 billion.
  • Both Nvidia (NVDA) and CrowdStrike (CRWD) finished in the red following earnings-driven rallies on Thursday.
