# Schlumberger climbs 3% on $3.4B Kelvion deal for data center expansion

斯伦贝谢 (SLB.US) 盘中涨超 3%，现报 59.26 美元。

公司宣布收购全球热管理提供商 Kelvion，交易对价约 34 亿美元现金外加承担债务，预计 2027 年上半年完成交割。此举旨在扩展数据中心解决方案业务，切入快速增长的人工智能基础设施市场。公司预计数据中心业务 2026 年营收将超 20 亿美元，调整后 EBITDA 达 3 亿美元；到 2028 年，该业务营收目标为 45 亿至 50 亿美元，调整后 EBITDA 达 7 亿至 8 亿美元，并有望实现 1.2 亿美元年度协同效应。
