# US Equity Margins Diverge: AI Infrastructure Surges While Consumer Retail Struggles

The U.S. equity market is seeing extreme capital flow divergence across niche sectors this quarter. While AI infrastructure and aerospace firms are raising full-year forecasts on record order backlogs, several early-stage tech and consumer retail companies are facing delisting warnings and operational restructuring, according to recent corporate filings and analysts.

### Forgent Power Solutions (FPS.US)

Propelled by explosive data center power demand, shares of Forgent Power are up approximately **17%** year-to-date. The company reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of **USD 379M**, a 103% surge year-over-year. According to the company's earnings release, Forgent secured record bookings of **USD 867M** during the quarter.

### Embraer (EMBJ.US)

Aerospace manufacturer Embraer recently saw a strong technical breakout. Driven by robust delivery volumes, the company's second-quarter 2026 revenue reached a record **USD 2.23B**, jumping 23% from a year ago. The company raised its full-year adjusted EBIT margin forecast to a range of **10.0% to 10.6%** and increased its free cash flow target to more than USD 400M.

### CDW (CDW.US)

IT solutions provider CDW continues to climb higher following a solid earnings report. The company generated **USD 6.57B** in net sales and **USD 274M** in net income in the second quarter of 2026, topping analyst estimates. In August, CDW announced an upcoming CFO transition and declared a quarterly cash dividend of **USD 0.63** per share.

### Otis Worldwide (OTIS.US)

Otis Worldwide's stock has faced downward pressure recently due to a lowered full-year earnings guidance, despite reporting a 7.3% year-over-year revenue increase to **USD 3.86B** in the second quarter. The company recently won a major contract to supply more than 250 elevators and escalators for China's Tianjin 117 tower, while its CFO exercised over 2,000 restricted stock units in late August.

Battery developer SES AI formally received a non-compliance notice from the New York Stock Exchange in July 2026 after its share price remained below the minimum listing requirement for 30 consecutive trading days. Still, the company reaffirmed its 2026 full-year revenue guidance of **USD 30M to USD 35M** and appointed a former Flex Power executive to its board in August.

### Jiuzi Holdings (JZXN.US)

The EV retailer is pivoting to cross-sector partnerships for growth. In July 2026, Jiuzi Holdings announced its intention to sign a partnership agreement with an AI smart imaging data platform, which is expected to generate approximately **USD 1M** in initial profits. Earlier, the company also authorized a **USD 100K** share repurchase program.

### Flash Sports & Media (FLZH.US)

Flash Sports & Media's common stock has been suspended from the Nasdaq and is now quoted on the OTC markets. The suspension stemmed from an administrative sequencing error, according to an update provided in late August. Prior to the suspension, the company saw its creditors slash roughly **USD 2M** in outstanding debt.
