# Arena REIT (ARF) Receives a Hold from UBS

UBS analyst Cody Shield maintained a Hold rating on Arena REIT today and set a price target of A$2.60.

According to TipRanks, Shield is an analyst with an average return of -1.6% and a 38.89% success rate. Shield covers the Real Estate sector, focusing on stocks such as Centuria Capital Group, Arena REIT, and BWP Trust.

In addition to UBS, Arena REIT also received a Hold from Jefferies’s Andrew Dodds in a report issued on August 21. However, on August 24, Morgan Stanley maintained a Sell rating on Arena REIT (ASX: ARF).
