# UBS Sticks to Their Buy Rating for Charter Hall Group (CTOUF)

In a report released today, Solomon Zhang from UBS maintained a Buy rating on Charter Hall Group, with a price target of A$26.00.

Zhang covers the Real Estate sector, focusing on stocks such as Charter Hall Group, Goodman Group, and Scentre Group. According to TipRanks, Zhang has an average return of 4.6% and a 50.77% success rate on recommended stocks. 

In addition to UBS, Charter Hall Group also received a Buy from Morgan Stanley’s Simon Chan in a report issued on August 24. However, on the same day, Jarden maintained a Hold rating on Charter Hall Group (Other OTC: CTOUF).
