# CLSA Expects Macau Sep GGR to Edge Up 0.3% YoY to MOP18.3B, Continues to Favor GALAXY ENT

CLSA issued a research report saying that Macau's August GGR fell 1.2% YoY, missing the broker's and market consensus forecasts by 2%, mainly affected by a decline in VIP hold rate during the period from August 24 to 31. However, average daily GGR still rose 8% MoM.

Entering September, CLSA expects Macau's GGR to edge up 0.3% YoY to MOP18.3 billion, below the market forecast of 9.5% YoY growth.
