# UBS Keeps Their Buy Rating on Centuria Capital Group (CNI)

UBS analyst Cody Shield maintained a Buy rating on Centuria Capital Group today and set a price target of A$1.80.

Shield covers the Real Estate sector, focusing on stocks such as Centuria Capital Group, Rural Funds Group, and Arena REIT. According to TipRanks, Shield has an average return of -1.6% and a 38.89% success rate on recommended stocks. 

In addition to UBS, Centuria Capital Group also received a Buy from Jefferies’s Andrew Dodds in a report issued on August 30. However, on August 27, Bell Potter maintained a Hold rating on Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI).
