# Space Stocks Mixed in Trading, ASTS Up 9%

U.S. space stocks traded mixed during regular hours on Wednesday (September 2), with satellite communications leader ASTS(ASTS.US) surging to lead the sector. ASTS(ASTS.US) climbed **9.12%** to $60.89, hitting a session high of $61.48 for a peak gain of **10.18%**. Rocket Lab(RKLB.US) edged up **0.43%** to $62.81, while Redwire(RDW.US) rose **1.56%** to $10.42. Among other names, VCX(VCX.US) gained 0.58% to $34.44, UFO(UFO.US) added 0.40% to $42.92, NASA(NASA.US) advanced 0.29% to $22.75, and DXYZ(DXYZ.US) slipped 1.49% to $31.13.

On the derivative ETF front, ASTS's leveraged ETF ASTX(ASTX.US) surged **18.47%**, showing significant amplification effect. RKLB-related leveraged ETF RKLX(RKLX.US) rose 0.81%, while inverse ETF RKLZ(RKLZ.US) fell 1.16%. SpaceX-related ETF SPCX(SPCX.US) dropped 1.42% to $140.21, SPCH(SPCH.US) declined 2.83%, and SSPC(SSPC.US) gained 2.78%. The sector displayed a divergent pattern with the leader outperforming while 其余 names showed modest moves.
