# UBS Keeps Their Buy Rating on Stockland (STKAF)

In a report released today, Solomon Zhang from UBS maintained a Buy rating on Stockland, with a price target of A$5.12.

According to TipRanks, Zhang is a 3-star analyst with an average return of 4.3% and a 47.69% success rate. Zhang covers the Real Estate sector, focusing on stocks such as Charter Hall Group, Goodman Group, and Scentre Group.

In addition to UBS, Stockland also received a Buy from Citi’s Suraj Nebhani in a report issued on August 30. However, on September 1, Morgan Stanley maintained a Hold rating on Stockland (Other OTC: STKAF).
