# US IPO Weekly Recap: SB Energy and Oura headline a pickup in filings

Two multibillion-dollar names joined the pipeline in the final week of the IPO market’s summer doldrums.

SoftBank-backed power and data center developer **SB Energy** (SBE) signals that the dominant theme of the 2026 IPO market, AI infrastructure, will continue into the fall. Smart ring maker **Oura** (OURA) marks a rare high-growth consumer tech IPO. Eight IPOs and three SPACs filed in total, while several more refreshed their filings, a pace that points to an active September. One company also completed its direct listing, and one SPAC priced.

**TurboGen** (TRBG), an Israeli developer of microturbine-based combined heat and power (CHP) energy systems, completed its direct listing on the Nasdaq on Thursday. The development-stage company finished the week down 32.0% from its $10.79 opening price.

The sole pricing this week came from **Three Lions Acquisition** (TLACU), which raised $100 million targeting sports, hospitality, and real estate.

Two of the week's largest filings were AI infrastructure names. **SB Energy** (SBE), a developer of utility-scale power generation projects, filed for an IPO we estimate could raise $5 billion. **Accelevation** (ACCV), a manufacturer of power distribution and infrastructure products, filed for an estimated $800 million deal. Both firms are focused on building and powering the data centers driving the AI buildout, which has been the most reliable source of large deals this year.

More surprising was the return of consumer filings. Jersey Mike's and Reformation both broke issue after debuting in July, putting the prospects of a consumer IPO pickup in doubt. **Oura** (OURA) filed for an IPO we estimate could raise $2.5 billion, and cosmetics and beauty producer **Wella** (WELA) filed for an estimated $500 million offering.

Mongolia-based retail and commercial bank **Bogd FT** (BOGD) filed to raise $31 million. If it lists, it would be the first Mongolian company ever to trade on a major US exchange.

Several companies in the pipeline also refreshed their filings with updated financials, including AI chipmaker **Syntiant** (SYTN), apparel retailer **Tailored Brands** (MW), software provider **Entrata** (ENT), and convenience store chain **Cumberland Farms** (CMBY); the amended filings position these deals for potential post-Labor Day launches.
