# Tokenized Stock Weekly Trading Volume Nears $3 Billion in August

Tokenized stock weekly trading volume reached nearly $3 billion in August, with Robinhood Chain, BNB Chain, and Solana handling most of the activity. According to Odaily, the total value locked in on-chain tokenized stocks has exceeded $110 million, while only about 5% has been deployed in on-chain financial applications. Grayscale said the tokenized stock market is still driven mainly by trading. On Solana, the size of related assets on lending platform Kamino and Jupiter has grown about 10 times from a year earlier, with lending and collateral use cases continuing to expand. BNB Chain's cumulative tokenized stock trading volume exceeded $5.2 billion by the end of June, and more than 700 tokenized stocks and ETFs are available on the network. Solana recorded $5.77 billion in tokenized asset trading volume in the second quarter, including $4.8 billion in tokenized stock trading, about four times higher than in the first quarter.
