Robinhood Chief Brokerage Officer Steven M. Quirk sold 24,416 shares of the company on September 3 at an average price of $120.33 per share, according to SEC filings. According to ChainCatcher, the sale was valued at about $2.94 million, and Quirk's direct holdings fell to 77,839 shares after the transaction. Robinhood GC Daniel Martin Jr. also sold 10,000 shares on the same day at an average price of $122.43 per share. According to ChainCatcher, the transaction was valued at about $1.22 million, and Martin's direct holdings declined to 509,943 shares.
