According to Jin10, Toyota Motor aims to raise operating profit from businesses outside new car sales by about 40% to 3 trillion yen, or about $19.2 billion, by fiscal 2030, according to Nikkei. The Japanese automaker wants to profit from its existing global fleet of 150 million Toyota vehicles and move away from a business model closely tied to new car sales.
