# TSMC rises 2% during regular trading on ASML partnership for High-NA EUV masks

台积电 (TSM.US) 盘中涨**1.88%**，现报**436.97 美元**。

ASML 与台积电宣布联合倡议，推动半导体行业向 High-NA EUV 大尺寸光掩模转型，计划于 2031 年前建立 12 英寸光掩模试点生产线。机构预计，台积电第三季度 3 纳米制程营收将首次突破**4000 亿新台币**。
