# CORRECTING and REPLACING Box to Present at Investor Conference

In a press release dated August 26, 2026, there was an error in the "Date and Time" section which has been corrected to show the accurate information as follows: Date and Time: September 9, 2026 at 1:55pm ET (previously September 8, 2026 at 1:55pm ET). Box (NYSE: BOX), the primary Intelligent Content Management (ICM) platform, disclosed today that key members of its management will be speaking at the upcoming Citi’s 2026 Global TMT Conference. This conference will take place on September 9, 2026, at 1:55pm ET.
