The research emphasized the crucial role of workplace experience in enhancing productivity and collaboration. However, the findings indicated that fragmented decision-making processes and delayed IT assistance are contributing to a widespread issue. Logitech, listed on both the SIX Swiss Exchange (LOGN) and NASDAQ (LOGI), highlighted the pressing need to bridge this gap for improved workplace efficiency.
