# Broadcom (AVGO) Is Storming the AI Market. I'm Bullish

Broadcom (AVGO) is storming the artificial intelligence (AI) market, including Nvidia's (NVDA) walled garden. Now the market may be missing how far inside it can go. AVGO has retreated about 26% from its June record, yet third-quarter revenue soared 86% to $29.6 billion. AI semiconductor revenue hit $16.7 billion, up 221%, and management expects it to grow 236% in Q4.

CEO Hock Tan said demand for custom accelerators and networking "continues to be very strong." Today, the stock trades at 31.7x this year's expected earnings, but only 19x next year's estimate. Thus, I think the pullback is attractive, and my AVGO stock forecast is bullish.

For context, Broadcom is a global technology conglomerate that designs, develops, and supplies custom semiconductors, networking hardware, and enterprise infrastructure software.
