# HP Partners With Red Hat For AI Workloads; Shares Up

On Wednesday, Computer Giant HP Inc. (HPQ) partnered with Red Hat to give organizations more flexibility in running AI workloads, either on-site, in the cloud, or across both. The companies are developing an open, enterprise-grade AI platform powered by Red Hat AI Factory with NVIDIA.

On the NYSE, the shares for HP were trading 4.92 percent up at $32.39.

HP's new AI platform is designed to help companies run AI more efficiently on their own systems, with up to 20 PFLOPS of AI performance.

It aims to speed up setup, reduce deployment risks, and improve GPU usage. Built with Red Hat and NVIDIA, the platform will help companies deploy and manage AI models and applications across on-site and cloud environments.

The collaboration aims to speed up AI development by reducing setup time, supporting local AI coding, and allowing companies to use the ZGX Fury for extra computing power without changing their existing workflows. The solution combines NVIDIA's AI technology with Red Hat's scalable AI platform to support AI development and deployment.
