# Buy Rating on WhiteHawk Income Corp Backed by Resilient Gas Basin Exposure, Strong Income Profile, and Accretive M&A Growth

WhiteHawk Income Corp Class A (WHK) has received a new Buy rating, initiated by Stifel Nicolaus analyst, Selman Akyol.

Selman Akyol has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, notably WhiteHawk Income Corp Class A’s differentiated exposure to leading U.S. natural gas basins and operators, which underpins resilient production and cash flow prospects. He views WHK’s focus on mineral and royalty interests in key dry gas regions, combined with an under-levered balance sheet and disciplined capital returns, as supporting an attractive risk‑reward profile.

In addition, Akyol highlights a compelling income component, with a high current yield backed by substantial hedging that enhances near‑term cash flow visibility and supports a progressive dividend policy. He also points to a robust acquisition pipeline, demonstrated by recent deals expected to be accretive to cash flow, and believes that ongoing M&A funded by excess free cash will drive growth and justify his target price and corresponding total return potential for investors.

In another report released on September 2, Raymond James also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $37.00 price target.
