# JPM Initiates SK hynix Inc.  at Overweight, TP USD245

JPM released a research report initiating coverage on SK hynix Inc. (SKHY.US) with an Overweight rating and a TP of USD245. The target price is based on a 20% ADR premium to its target price in the South Korean market.

JPM expects the AI-driven memory upcycle to continue for more than five years, and forecasts SK hynix Inc.'s EPS CAGR to reach 34% over the next two years. The company has locked in more than 50% of its production capacity through long-term agreements and raised its shareholder return pool to more than 50% of free cash flow, which the broker believes will drive a valuation re-rating.
