The company stated that the signing ceremony took place at the "Belt and Road Summit Forum." The five memorandums cover potential development opportunities in markets such as Central Asia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Participating partner companies include China Railway Construction Corporation (01186), CRRC (01766), China Power Construction Group, SonKim Land Corporation, Gamuda Land (HCMC) Joint Stock Company, and Sovico Group Joint Stock Company.
