# 1-800-FLOWERS.COM Expects 2027 Net Revenue To Slip; Stock Down In Pre-Market

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. (FLWS), a retailer of gifts and related materials, on Thursday announced that it expects a drop in net revenue for fiscal 2027. However, the company anticipates a surge in annual adjusted EBITDA.

For fiscal 2027, the company anticipates adjusted EBITDA of $10 million to $15 million, which includes around $12 million of additional compensation expense versus fiscal 2026.

For Fiscal 2027, the retailer projects net revenues to decline in the mid-single-digit range.

For Fiscal 2026, the company has posted adjusted EBITDA of $2.9 million and net revenue of $1.503 billion.

FLWS was down by 12.89% at $3.040 in the pre-market trade on the Nasdaq.
