In Annapolis, Maryland, Invenergy, the largest developer, owner, and operator of independent power infrastructure in North America, along with HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. ("HASI"), a prominent investor in sustainable infrastructure assets listed under NYSE as HASI, have finalized a key equity partnership. This collaborative effort will bolster a portfolio of 2.7 gigawatts, encompassing various Invenergy projects in the United States.
