Shares of **Limoneira Company** (NASDAQ:LMNR) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected quarterly financial results. Limoneira reported quarterly earnings of 2 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of 19 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $43.809 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $49.618 million. Limoneira shares dipped 8.4% to $13.68 in pre-market trading.
