# STOCKS | U.S. Stocks End Week Lower as S&P 500 Rises 0.8% on CPI Day

According to Wallstreetcn, U.S. stocks ended the week lower, with the S&P 500 down 0.4%, the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 1.5%, and the Nasdaq down 0.5%; on Friday, when U.S. CPI inflation data was released, the S&P 500 initially rose 0.8%, the Nasdaq 100 was roughly flat, and several Nasdaq 100 components moved higher, including ADI up 4.7%, NXP up 4.5%, Cisco up 4.3%, Texas Instruments up 3.7%, Qualcomm up 2.8%, Intel up 2.6%, SpaceX up 2.2%, Google A up 1.9%, and Apple up 1.8%, while Nebius Group fell 1.6%, Palo Alto Networks fell 2.3%, Western Digital fell 3%, SanDisk fell 3.6%, and Seagate Technology fell 3.7%.
