# UBS Reworks Adobe Price Target For Rest Of The Year

Adobe received a higher price target from UBS after its latest earnings report, but the bank stopped short of turning bullish, arguing that steady growth and resilient software demand are still not enough to justify a bigger valuation re-rating. UBS lifted its target to $255 from $225 while maintaining a Neutral rating, leaving only modest upside from Adobe's recent trading level near $248.

Adobe reported fiscal third-quarter revenue growth of roughly 12% to 13%, with quarterly sales reaching $6.76 billion and beating consensus estimates by about $60 million. The company also reaffirmed its fiscal-2026 annual recurring revenue growth guidance of 10% and raised its full-year targets, supported by free cash flow of $2.44 billion.

UBS nevertheless highlighted several weaker areas beneath the headline numbers. Margins, core Creative growth and committed remaining performance obligations all came in somewhat soft, while cRPO growth slowed to 9%. Those results reinforced UBS's view that Adobe and the broader software applications layer remain resilient through the AI transition, but have not yet produced enough upside to warrant a more aggressive stance.

UBS analyst Karl Keirstead wrote that "in our view there was not enough/any real upside to drive a further re-rating and we remain Neutral-rated."

The divided analyst reaction underscores Adobe's current investor debate. Wells Fargo raised its target to $270 on expectations for improving net new ARR, while JPMorgan cut its target to $315 amid monetization concerns. Baird also raised its target but kept a Neutral rating.

**Investors Takeaway**

The key issue is whether Adobe can turn resilient top-line growth into accelerating ARR and stronger committed backlog growth.

Investors should focus on cRPO trends, core Creative growth, margins and net new ARR. Improvement across those metrics could support a valuation re-rating and push the stock beyond UBS's $255 target.

If growth remains steady but uninspiring, however, Adobe may continue to trade as a durable software franchise without the upside investors once assigned to faster growth and AI-driven monetization.
