# US IPO Weekly Recap: Small issuers join the pipeline, while big candidates stay on the sidelines

Although no IPOs debuted this week, four small IPOs and five SPACs submitted initial filings.

**Rothe Development** (RTHD.RC), an engineering and missions operations contractor, filed to raise $50 million. Vietnam-based real estate platform **Meey Global** (MEEY.RC) filed to raise $35 million. China-based electric appliance retailer **Jingrui Wang Pu Hondings Group** (JRWP) filed to raise $31 million at a $131 million market cap. Hong Kong-based investment education course provider **Hao Feng Group** (HFE) filed to raise $21 million at a $151 million market cap. 

Five SPACs submitted initial filings this week. **Allarity Acquisition** (ALLNU) filed to raise $100 million to target life sciences and biotechs. **Elevation Acquisition** (ELEVU) filed to raise $100 million to target cash flow-positive businesses. **Football Manager SPAC** (FBLLU) filed to raise $100 million to target a mid-tier European professional football club. **Harbour Island Acquisition I** (HRIAU) filed to raise $100 million to target industrial materials, chips, and tech. **FutureCore Acquisition** (FTCRU) filed to raise $75 million to target businesses with defensible market positions.
