Olema Pharmaceuticals shares dropped approximately 15% in after-hours trading following AstraZeneca's announcement that its SERD and CERAN candidate, Etcamah (camizestrant), failed as a first-line breast cancer treatment. Olema is developing palazestrant, another SERD/CERAN, currently in Phase 3 trials for metastatic breast cancer in collaboration with Novartis.
