# STOCKS | Boeing Submits Final Contract Offer to Engineers Union With 10% Raise

Boeing has submitted a final contract proposal to the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace, or SPEEA, according to the latest information posted on Boeing's website. According to Sina Finance, if approved, the proposal would include a guaranteed 10% pay increase, followed by another 4% increase in March 2027. Boeing said the union bargaining team recommended that members vote in favor. The contract also includes a pay pool, with annual increases of 6% in 2028, 2029, and 2030, and a guaranteed minimum annual raise of at least 4% in each of those three years.
