Bitcoin traded near $77,250 after giving back part of its recent rise. According to NS3.AI, futures markets are pricing an 86.5% chance of a quarter-point Federal Reserve rate increase on Wednesday. Custodia Bank CEO Caitlin Long said the Treasury Department now sets more of the terms for digital dollars than the Federal Reserve.
