Strive said in an 8-K filing with the U.S. SEC that it bought 469 bitcoin between September 8 and 11 at an average price of about $77,954. According to ChainCatcher, the company held 25,000 bitcoin as of September 11, along with 505,000 shares of Strategy STRC preferred stock and about $204.2 million in cash.
