# PBF Energy rises 2% on $500 mln exchangeable notes plan, refinery hydrogen deal

PBF 能源（PBF.US）盘中涨 2.17%，现报 71.93 美元。

公司近期宣布计划发行 5 亿美元于 2032 年到期的可交换票据，所得款项将用于支付上限看涨期权成本及偿还或赎回 2030 年到期的 7.875% 优先无抵押票据。此外，PBF 能源于 9 月 9 日完成了从 Air Products 收购其 Torrance 炼油厂两套氢气生产设施的交易，交易对价包括 4480 万美元现金及约 3.422 亿美元本票，该设施将在过渡期后整合至 PBF 的 Torrance 炼油业务。

公司此前公布的 2026 年第二季度业绩表现强劲，实现每股收益 6.22 美元，营收 116.8 亿美元，均超出市场预期，并宣布每股 0.275 美元的季度股息。机构评级方面，高盛将 PBF 能源目标价上调至 81 美元，而美国银行维持卖出评级，目标价 60 美元。大股东 Control Empresarial De Capital 于 9 月 9 日至 10 日期间减持逾 31.9 万股，套现约 2463 万美元。
