Charles Zhu has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, most notably the emerging clinical profile of BH-30643 from the SOLARA Phase 1/2 study in C797S-mutant patients. The updated WCLC 2026 data show a maintained overall response rate in the mid-40% range, alongside encouraging treatment durability with most patients remaining on therapy at roughly seven months of median follow-up, which supports confidence in the drug’s efficacy trajectory.

Safety findings, including liver-related laboratory abnormalities, appear consistent with expectations and manageable, with no Hy’s Law cases observed, reinforcing the therapeutic window for BH-30643. Together with a clear path toward a C797S-focused accelerated approval discussion in late 2026 and a discounted cash flow valuation that supports an unchanged $32 price target, Zhu views BlossomHill’s risk-reward profile favorably and sees meaningful upside potential in the shares.
