# Geekplus hits record low as block trades surface at 10% discount

Geekplus (2590.HK) slipped **0.61%** in Hong Kong trading to **HK$8.135**, falling to a record low.

Earlier Wednesday, two block trades involving roughly **8.68 million** shares were executed at **HK$7.370** each, a discount of about **9.96%** to the previous close, totaling approximately **HK$63.94 million**.

The decline comes despite ongoing share buybacks. On September 14, the company repurchased **2.8 million** shares for about **HK$23.51 million** at prices between HK$8.32 and HK$8.61. On September 15, it bought back another **1.4 million** shares for roughly **HK$11.59 million**.
