# The AI Communication Stack: From Claude Integrations to RF Materials

但支撑所有高并发流媒体与云端运算的，依然是物理硬件层面的极限突破。目前仍处于商业化早期阶段的半导体技术授权商 Atomera（ATOM.US），近期宣布了一种全新的 GaN-on-Silicon 方法。尽管该公司第二季度仍录得逾 630 万美元净亏损，且近期频繁遭遇高管减持，但其试图解决射频应用核心性能障碍的努力，恰恰为人工智能和先进逻辑芯片在现代通信网络中的大规模部署提供了至关重要的材料基础。
