Cramer Sticks With AI Trade Despite Safety Concerns

According to CNBC, Jim Cramer said Wednesday that he is sticking with the AI trade despite rising safety concerns and expects spending on the technology to continue. After attending Salesforce's annual Dreamforce conference in San Francisco and speaking with several major AI executives, he said Anthropic and OpenAI are increasing revenue from their investments and are unlikely to slow down much because too much money is at stake. Cramer also said that after the Fed fallout abates, companies that make data center components are buys, and he said stronger AI agents could boost demand for cybersecurity names such as Palo Alto, Okta and CrowdStrike. He added that Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei's weekend essay calling for frontier AI labs to slow model development may require additional safeguards, but he does not expect those concerns to derail AI spending.
