# TSMC's Revenue Acceleration Could Drive More Upside

TSMC (TSM), or Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, saw huge revenue acceleration that could drive more upside. August revenue reached a record NT$514.8 billion (about $16.1 billion), rising 53.3% from the same period last year and 10.1% from July 2026. That followed 44.7% growth in July and lifted year-to-date growth to 39.3%. Second-quarter dollar revenue had already increased 33.7% to $40.2 billion.

CFO Wendell Huang credited "strong demand for our leading-edge process technologies," and the latest figures suggest demand has strengthened further. With the stock near $425, TSM trades at about 25x this year's $16.93 consensus earnings per share (EPS). I think that is too modest for a company manufacturing the artificial intelligence (AI) economy's hardest-to-replace chips. Thus, my TSMC stock forecast remains bullish.
