# Host Digital Inc. Announces Common Stock Offering

New York City, September 17, 2026 - Host Digital Inc. (formerly known as Healthy Choice Wellness Corp.) disclosed its plans to carry out an underwritten public offering of $17.5 million worth of shares of its Class A common stock with a par value of $0.001. The company, also known as Host Digital, is further contemplating granting the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional $2.6 million of Common Stock. It's important to note that the successful completion of the offering is contingent upon market conditions and other factors. All the Common Stock shares in this offering will be provided by the Company.
